Billy King, on loan at Rangers from Hearts, feels he has a number of options when it comes to getting into the starting eleven as boss Mark Warburton feels he can operate in three different positions.
The winger slipped down the pecking order at Hearts and agreed to a loan move to Rangers until the end of the season, in search of regular first team football.
He faces competition for a spot in the side at Ibrox, but feels as Warburton has earmarked three potential positions he can operate in, the chance is there.
King told the Scotland Herald: "We play 4-3-3 and I play in the two behind the central role but I don’t think I could play up top, because I’m not an out-and-out striker.
"The gaffer said he thinks I could play out wide and in the number eight or 10 role, so that gives me a few options. Hopefully I can try to make an impact", King continued.

And the Hearts contracted player feels he can chip in with goals, something which could be crucial for Rangers given the injury suffered to prolific striker Martyn Waghorn against Kilmarnock recently; Waghorn could miss the rest of the season.
"Last season I got a few goals coming in from wide areas, and it’s more a mindset thing. You need to get in the right positions, and obviously Waggy likes to come central, get in the box and get in goalscoring areas.
"That’s the main thing, getting in the right areas.
"Obviously When you play 4-3-3 you’re looking at your three attacking players to try to provide the goals and assists. Hopefully I can add some goals to my game", he added.
Rangers are in action later today, playing their third successive game on a plastic pitch, when they take on Queen of the South in a Scottish Championship fixture.
