The Blues, who are yet to lose a league game since Guus Hiddink took charge of the club in December, presently find themselves 12th in the standings with 33 points from 26 games, 14 behind fourth-placed Manchester City.
Chelsea will face sixth-placed Southampton at St Mary’s Stadium today before travelling to Carrow Road to take on relegation-threatened Norwich City on Tuesday.
And Willian, who feels Chelsea's confidence and performance levels have increased in recent weeks, wants his side to bag the full points from their next two away games.
“We are playing much better now and we have a lot of confidence”, the Brazilian told the club’s official site.
