Tottenham Hotspur have officially confirmed their starting line-up and substitutes to take on West Ham United at Upton Park in a Premier League game tonight.
Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino, whose side are second in the Premier League with 54 points from 27 games, trusts in Harry Kane to lead the line against the Hammers. The England star is supported by Erik Lamela, Nacer Chadli and Christian Eriksen.
