Leeds United legend Eddie Gray feels that Steve Evans has learned about what it means to be Whites boss this week.
Evans watched his side be demolished 4-0 by Brighton on Monday night, something which led to him being banned from speaking to the media in the aftermath and speculation about his position at the club.
The Scot saw his side bounce back with a 2-1 home win over Bolton Wanderers today and Gray thinks Evans has learned what it means to manage a club as big as the Whites.
"I think he's found out a lot of pressure comes with the job and a lot of media attention is on the club", the Leeds legend said on LUTV.
"You can be at some clubs and say a lot and it doesn't get a lot of publicity", Gray explained.

"If you say things at this club it will get publicity."
Evans will be hoping his side's win over Bolton today can relieve some of the pressure on his position at Elland Road, with the Whites now looking to have a safe enough buffer from the relegation zone in the Championship.
Leeds' victory has moved the side up to 16th spot in the league standings on 41 points from 34 games, nine clear of the final relegation spot, which is currently occupied by Rotherham United.
