Liverpool have confirmed their starting eleven and substitutes to lock horns with fierce rivals Manchester United in the first leg of their Europa League round of 16 tie at Anfield tonight.
Reds boss Jurgen Klopp, who is eyeing going all the way in the Europa League as a route into next season's Champions League, goes with Daniel Sturridge to lead the attack, with Roberto Firmino, Philippe Coutinho and Adam Lallana supporting him. Emre Can and Jordan Henderson will look to boss the midfield, while the centre-back pairing is Dejan Lovren and Mamadou Sakho.
On the bench, Klopp can turn to Divock Origi if he needs to throw on another striker, while Christian Benteke is also an option for the German.
Liverpool head into the game in high spirits after back to back victories over Manchester City and Crystal Palace in the Premier League. The Reds will be keen to put themselves in a good position ahead of the second leg at Old Trafford.
