West Ham United could make a further signing before the transfer window slams shut this evening.

The Hammers have been busy this summer and recently pushed the loan capture of Juventus striker Simone Zaza over the line, ending their hunt for a top class hitman.

But Slaven Bilic may not be finished with his business yet as the Hammers look to bring in one more body before the window closes until the new year.

Co-chairman David Sullivan's son, Jack, took to Twitter to break the news of one more potential arrival.

He wrote: "Maybe one player coming in today!!!"

West Ham have been linked with several players, including Manchester City striker Wilfried Bony, though he appears set for a deadline day beating switch to Stoke City.

It remains to be seen who the Hammers swoop for, while they may also be busy trying to keep hold of players following Chelsea being linked with defender Angelo Ogbonna last night.
