New Tottenham Hotspur signing Georges-Kevin N’Koudou has poked fun at the long drawn out transfer saga that eventually led to him moving to White Hart Lane.

The 21-year-old winger had been stuck in limbo for a month, waiting for Tottenham and Marseille to finally thrash out an agreement for his transfer to England.

The deal had hit several roadblocks, including Marseille pulling out of the agreement earlier this month after Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy tried to renegotiate the terms.

The winger had agreed personal terms and also passed a medical at Tottenham several weeks ago, but the saga dragged on until deadline day before N’Koudou could finally complete the transfer.

After joining Spurs, the 21-year-old made fun of the drawn out nature of his move to White Hart Lane.
