Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has named his starting eleven and substitutes for his side’s Premier League clash against Manchester City at Old Trafford.
The Red Devils have made a rousing start to their season with maximum points from their opening three league games but Mourinho has decided to tinker with his starting eleven. Jesse Lingard and Henrikh Mkhitaryan will be starting against the Citizens, with Juan Mata and Anthony Martial dropping down to the bench for the big game.
Paul Pogba and Marouane Fellaini will continue to form the midfield two, and the Manchester United boss has again fielded an unchanged back four for the Manchester City clash. Marcus Rashford, Ander Herrera and Morgan Schneiderlin are the options the Portuguese has on the bench.
Mourinho will be keen to see his Manchester United side put an early marker about their title ambition by getting all three points in the Manchester derby against Pep Guardiola’s quality Manchester City side.
