Potential Leeds United owner Andrea Radrizzani has outlined what he sees as the secret to success in the Championship.

Radrizzani has been linked with either taking control of Leeds from current owner Massimo Cellino, or making a substantial investment in the struggling club.

The Italian, who was a founder partner of sports rights company MP&Silva, was pictured sitting next to Cellino at Leeds games earlier this summer and has been claimed to be closing in on a deal to sink cash into the Whites.

And the businessman has revealed what he sees as the best way to gain success in the Championship.

Asked what the key to success is in the Championship, Radrizzani replied on Twitter: "Cohesion, motivation, ambition and fight on every ball."
