La Liga outfit Real Betis have joined the transfer chase for Crystal Palace and West Ham United midfield target Leander Dendoncker.

The midfielder wanted to leave Anderlecht in the winter window and despite interest from Crystal Palace and West Ham, the Belgian giants refused to sell their star man.

Dendoncker is keen to find his way out of Anderlecht in the summer window and the two Premier League clubs are again considering making a bid for him in the coming months.

But there is expected to be significant competition for Dendoncker’s services from Spain, with Atletico Madrid already having a non-binding agreement in place with Anderlecht to sign him in the summer.

And according to Belgian daily Het Laatste Nieuws, Real Betis are also considering making an ambitious move to land the midfielder in the upcoming transfer window.
