Tottenham Hotspur defender Danny Rose is in talks with several sides and not just Schalke, according to Sky Sports News.
Rose is out of favour at White Hart Lane and Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino is ready to offload him.
Last season's Bundesliga runners-up Schalke are holding discussions aimed at signing Rose from Tottenham on loan.
But a move to Germany is not the only show in town for the defender.
It is claimed that Rose has several sides showing interest in signing him on loan from Tottenham.
Premier League clubs would need to sign Rose before the league window shuts on Thursday at 5pm, but clubs from other European countries can still do a deal after that time.
The window in Germany is due to remain open until 31st August, giving Schalke extra time to take an agreement over the line.
Tottenham have yet to make a signing of their own this summer.
