Liverpool talent Herbie Kane has admitted he is willing to go out on loan again to attain regular first team experience in order to continue his development.

Kane, who came up through the ranks at Anfield, is currently on a season-long deal at Doncaster Rovers in League One.




The 20-year-old has featured regularly for Doncaster this term and the League One outfit have already extended his stay until the end of the season.

Kane, who was an ever-present for the Liverpool Under-19s in the UEFA Youth League last season, admitted he is willing to go out on loan again after penning an extension at Anfield.
 


“My aim is to come back in the summer and try to make a footprint, but if that requires going back out on loan again then that is what I’ll do”, Kane told the club’s official website.

“But I’m hoping I come back in the summer and impress the manager in pre-season.”

Kane also added that he knows the amount of work he has to do in order to force his way into the first team at Anfield, but insisted he is working hard towards taking the next step.

“Sometimes, but obviously I know how much hard work it takes, so every day I’m working hard to try to take that next step into the first team”, he added.

Kane has netted six goals and registered six assists in 27 appearances across all competitions for Doncaster Rovers so far this season.
