The 34-year-old Brazilian winger joined Fulham last season on a free transfer and was a key part of Marco Silva’s squad last season.

He left Fulham after the expiration of his contract at the end of June and Nottingham Forest are keen on acquiring his signature.

It has been suggested that William was on the verge of joining Nottingham Forest, but it was revealed that there was no truth behind the rumours.

Fulham are keen on retaining the winger’s services and have made an improved offer to him.

The Cottagers are confident that they will be able to convince Willian to sign a deal with them.

And it has been claimed that the Brazilian is set to join Fulham and he is concluding the final part of his negotiations with the London outfit.

Last season, Willian scored five goals while assisting six in 27 appearances and helped the Cottagers finish in the top half of the Premier League table.
