Marco Silva wants a new right-back for his Fulham squad before the transfer window slams shut on 1st September.

The Cottagers have been keeping tabs on several targets and both Castagne and Walker-Peters have been on their radar this summer.

But it has been claimed that Fulham have prioritised signing one over the other with a little over three weeks left in the window.

The west London club are pushing to get their hands on Castagne over trying to sign Walker-Peters.

The Belgian wants to leave Leicester as he does not want to play in the Championship and was an unused substitute at the weekend against Coventry.

Fulham are keen to take him to Craven Cottage but the player is keen on waiting for Serie A giants Juventus.

The Bianconeri are also interested in the defender but they have other priorities in the market at the moment.

Walker-Peters remains on Fulham’s radar but Castagne is the player they would prefer to sign this summer.
