Dennis has been deemed surplus to requirement at the City Ground and the Tricky Trees are looking to offload him.

However, they failed to find a buyer for the player in spite of some of the major European windows closing on 1st September.

Solutions are being sought still and Turkey has emerged as a possible destination for the 25-year-old.

According to Turkish outlet Sports Digitale, Adana Demirspor have now made an official offer to sign Dennis.

It has been claimed that there are other clubs interested in securing a season-long loan deal for the player.

Fellow Super Lig side Trabzonspor had expressed keen interest in taking the player off Nottingham Forest’s books but their efforts did not progress to the latter stages.

With the Turkish transfer window set to close this Friday, Adana Demirspor will hope that they have acted quickly enough to beat off competition from others.
