Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers has picked his starting eleven and substitutes to play host to Spanish giants Atletico Madrid in the Champions League tonight.

The Bhoys have not picked up a point from their opening two group games this term and Rodgers will want to change that this evening.

Atletico Madrid arrive in Glasgow in superb form, having won their last six games on the spin and will know that victory tonight would move them on to seven points from three games and hugely boost their last 16 hopes; it could have the very opposite effect on Celtic.

Celtic remain without defenders Maik Nawrocki and Stephen Welsh, while winger Liel Abada is also out of action.

Joe Hart is in goal for Celtic tonight, while at the back Rodgers picks Alistair Johnston, Cameron Carter-Vickers, Liam Scales and Greg Taylor as a back four.

In midfield, the Bhoys go with Matt O’Riley, Reo Hatate and Callum McGregor to seek to control the game, while Daizen Maeda and Luis Palma support Kyogo Furuhashi.

If Rodgers needs to make changes he has options on his bench to call for, including Nathaniel Phillips and James Forrest.
