Tottenham Hotspur target Radu Dragusin would consider a move to Napoli if they can work out a deal with Genoa this month.

The Romanian defender is expected to leave Genoa in the winter transfer window despite the claims made by his agent recently.

Tottenham are pushing hard to secure a deal to sign him but they are yet to get close to Genoa’s €30m asking price.

More talks are scheduled to take place but Napoli have submitted a written bid and are still trying to sign him.

The defender has a preference for Tottenham but according to Italian outlet Calciomercato.it, Dragusin is open to joining Napoli.

It has been suggested that the defender would seriously consider joining Napoli if they can agree on a deal with Genoa.

The Serie A champions are set to hold fresh conversations with Genoa over a cash-plus players deal today.

Napoli are prepared to increase their cash offer plus offer two players in Leo Ostigard and Alessandro Zanoli to Genoa.

Tottenham are also expected to table a new bid soon but are now facing stiff competition for Dragusin’s signature.
