Former Rangers defender Filip Helander has revealed he has no offers on the table for next season, with his deal at Danish club OB due to expire in the summer.

Helander left Rangers last summer when his contract at Ibrox expired and joined Danish outfit OB on a one-year deal.

The defender, who won the Scottish Premiership title at Rangers in 2021, has been plagued by injuries in recent years and is looking to get his career back on track.

He has made ten appearances in the Danish Superliga for OB, but revealed they have not yet offered him a new contract and he has no proposals on the table for next term.

“It is difficult to say what will happen”, Helander told Swedish outlet Fotboll Direkt.

“I have a contract until the summer and that is the only thing I can report.

“If something else happens, I will have to look at it at the time.

“Right now I have no offer on the table, neither for OB nor any other club.”

Helander made 60 appearances for Rangers during his time at Ibrox, chipping in with seven goals in the process.
