Barnsley star Aaron Leya Iseka could be on his way to Greece to join OFI Crete with the Tykes keen on moving him permanently, according to the Barnsley Chronicle.

Iseka spent the first half of the season at Israeli side Hapoel Hadera where he featured in just two games.

He had a break clause in his contract which was exercised by the Tykes enabling him to return to his parent club this month.

He is now being linked with a move away yet again with interest arriving from Greece.

Iseka could be on his way to OFI Crete, though a deal has not been finalised yet.

Barnsley are keen on getting the striker off their books on a permanent basis before winter deadline day.

A product of Anderlecht’s youth academy, Iseka has played French top-tier football and was brought to England from Toulouse.

If the move goes through, Iseka will be looking to get back to playing regular first team football in Greece.
