Eintracht Frankfurt defender Willian Pacho could snub interest from Liverpool to stay on at the Bundesliga side beyond the summer transfer window.

Pacho has caught the eye with his performances for Eintracht Frankfurt and Liverpool are keen on him; the Reds are expected to sign at least one centre-back with Joel Matip poised to exit.

It has been suggested that Liverpool will make a move for Pacho in the summer, amid Eintracht Frankfurt already looking at a replacement.

Pacho though may snub any move away from the German side as, according to German magazine Sport Bild (via Fussball Transfers), it is extremely likely that he will stay if Champions League football is on the menu.

The former Royal Antwerp man is keen to wait until the end of the season before making a decision.

If Borussia Dortmund beat Real Madrid to win the Champions League and Eintracht Frankfurt secure sixth place, a ticket into the elite competition would be booked.

Eintracht Frankfurt are not keen to let Pacho go and holding on to him would be a boost.

It is claimed that if he is sold then Eintracht Frankfurt would be looking for a price of €60m to do business.
