Borussia Dortmund officials are set to fly out to Istanbul to hold talks for the signature of Arsenal and Liverpool target Baris Alper Yilmaz as they step up their interest in him.

 

The 24-year-old winger impressed in the European Championship with the Turkey team and is now attracting interest from across Europe.

 

Arsenal and Liverpool are amongst the clubs chasing him and the winger is reportedly prepared to embrace a new challenge in his career in the summer.

 

 

Dortmund also have their eyes on him with head coach Nuri Sahin pushing to take him to the Bundesliga in the ongoing transfer window.

 

According to Turkish broadcaster Ronesans Spor TV, the Bundesliga giants are set to send officials to Turkey soon.

 

 

A Dortmund delegation is set to fly out to Istanbul soon to hold talks with Galatasaray for the transfer of Yilmaz.

 

He has three years left on his contract, but Galatasaray will likely cash in if they receive a suitable offer.

 

 

Whether Arsenal and Liverpool act on their interest in the winger and initiate talks with the Turkish giants remains to be seen.
