Turkish giants Galatasaray are planning to sign Leeds United and Watford linked star Fode Balo-Toure before the Turkish transfer window shuts.

The 27-year-old defender spent last season on loan with Fulham featuring only six times for the Cottagers.

AC Milan have told Ballo-Toure they want him to move on and he has been training with the reserve side.

He has had his heart set on returning to England, with Leeds and Watford both showing keen interest, but neither signed him before the English window closed.

French outfit Saint-Etienne came close signing him but his move to France collapsed due disagreement over his wages.

A move out from AC Milan is still not off the table for the left-back as Galatasaray are planning to make a move for him, according to Turkish daily Hurriyet.

Ballo-Toure turned down a move to Turkey with Besiktas earlier in the summer.

His options for an AC Milan exit are now running out though and if he does not move then he will have to wait until January for his next chance.
