Any chance of Sebastian Giovinco making a late exit from Juventus before the transfer window slams shut has been ruled out by the midfielder's agent.

The Italy international has seen himself linked with a number of clubs in recent months, with Liverpool and Parma persistent suitors, while Arsenal had been mooted as preparing a January bid for his services in light of Theo Walcott's season-ending injury, even sounding out his agent.

But a departure from Juventus this month has been categorically ruled out by Giovinco's agent.

"There's nothing to report on the future of my client", Claudio Pasqualin told Tutto Juve.

Giovinco has clocked up ten appearances for Juventus in Serie A so far this season, though eight of those have come from the bench.
