Juventus are holding open the door for either Mirko Vucinic or Fabio Quagliarella to leave today, with Pablo Osvaldo set to arrive on loan from Southampton.

Osvaldo has landed in Turin to undergo a medical at Juventus, with the loan also set to include an option to make the deal permanent at the end of the campaign.

His arrival means that Vucinic or Quagliarella will be allowed to leave today, according to Italian daily La Stampa.

Vucinic had seemed set to join Arsenal on loan, with a deal all but done. But the Bianconeri demanded a loan fee for the striker which caused Arsenal to go cool.

The Gunners could yet return for the striker, while Juventus may soften their stance in light of Osvaldo's capture.

However, should Quagliarella leave, it is unlikely Vucinic would also be allowed to exit.
