New Arsenal signing Kim Kallstrom admits that he is hoping to help the Gunners to collect trophies this season.
The Sweden midfielder joined the Premier League giants on loan from Spartak Moscow yesterday, signing on at the Emirates Stadium for the rest of the season.

And Kallstrom is very aware that he is landing at a club that are in the thick of the Premier League title chase, through to the Round of 16 in the Champions League and in the fifth round of the FA Cup.
"I know that Arsenal have a lot of skilful players and can score lots of goals", he told his new club's site.

"Halfway through the season, they have done really well and put themselves in position to win some trophies, so I just want to come here and help Arsenal as much as I can until the end of the season."
However, Kallstrom maintains that Arsenal's current Premier League position and trophy hunting status was not the primary reason he decided to join Arsene Wenger's men.
"I just think that Arsenal are an exciting club, but being near the top of table makes it even more fun!", he said.
