Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has insisted that he has full faith in every member of the squad and expects them to deliver against Liverpool during a fifth round FA Cup match on Sunday.

The Gunners suffered a humiliating 5-1 defeat against the Reds last week and are still trying to cope with the aftershock, having been held to a 0-0 draw against Manchester United on Wednesday.

However, the veteran manager refuses to be pessimistic in any way and knows that each and every player in his team has the ability to deliver as and when required.

I will play a team [against Liverpool] with a good opportunity, a good chance to qualify”, Wenger told his club's official website.

Arsenal are scheduled to take on Champions League holders Bayern Munich in the first leg of their Round of 16 tie next Wednesday and Wenger may look to rest several players against Liverpool.

“Will I rest one player, or two or three, I don’t know yet. Certainly we will have just have one focus, which is to win the game.

“We have rotated quite well, if you look at the number of players we have used. I have the same level of confidence in every player."

The 64-year-old believes believes that resting players should not affect Arsenal's quality on the pitch, as he feels the majority are competent enough to handle tricky situations.

"I have the same level of confidence in every player in my squad. I have a short squad but a very level squad”, Wenger added.
