Wenger is adamant that this team is different and have more experience than the Arsenal team that collapsed on the big stage against Birmingham City three years back.

"We have many players who are 28, 29 and 30 years old – they have experience, they know what is at stake," the Frenchman told the club’s official site.

Wenger would want to forget the League Cup final of 2011 when lowly Birmingham City stunned the Gunners to lift the trophy. Nikola Zigic gave the Blues the lead in the 28th minute but Robin van Persie equalised for Arsenal in the 39th minute. The Blues stunned the Arsenal faithful when a 89th minute strike from Obafemi Martins won the League Cup for Birmingham City.

Arsenal last won the FA Cup in 2005 when they beat Manchester United 5-4 on penalties in the final to lift the famous old trophy. Since then Arsenal have failed to win any silverware.
