AS Monaco striker Emmanuel Riviere admits that Arsenal are his dream club and he would love to move to England one day, but has categorically stated that he is happy at his current side.

Riviere joined Monaco from Toulouse in January 2013 for a transfer fee of €4m and signed a four-and-half-year contract with the club.

“It has been my dream to go to England since I was a child. I dream of Arsenal”, the Frenchman told L’Equipe.

“It is important to keep faith and never give up.”

The former Toulouse hitman also stated that he is happy at Monaco, but will keep a close eye on the players the club are planning to bring to the Stade Louis II this summer.

“I am happy at Monaco, and I have three years left on my contract.

“There will surely be reinforcements this summer and we will see what happens.”

The Frenchman has made 27 league appearances for Monaco this season and has scored ten goals.

If the Gunners want to make a move for Riviere this summer then they might have to pay a hefty transfer fee as the Frenchman has three years left on his current deal with Monaco.
