Juventus are closing on a deal to sign Alvaro Morata from Real Madrid, with both parties edging towards an agreement.

The Bianconeri are keen on snapping up Morata, who is thought to be open to leaving the Bernabeu after concluding he is unlikely to be able to cement a regular spot in the team.

The Spaniard has been linked with a number of clubs, including Arsenal, boss Arsene Wenger being forced to deny a deal had been done for Morata earlier this season.

Now, according to Spanish daily AS, Juventus are poised to win the race for the 21-year-old.
