Brazilian midfielder Allan has popped onto the radar at both Arsenal and Chelsea, due to his impressive performances in Serie A.

Udinese snapped Allan up for €3m in the summer of 2012 and he has steadily been building a reputation within Italian football.

Allan has already been linked with Fiorentina, Napoli, Juventus and Inter, and is expected to be at the centre of a transfer scramble in the summer window.

However, with Arsenal and Chelsea having now started to track his situation, according to Italian outlet TuttoUdinese, it is less than clear whether the Brazilian will remain in Serie A.

The 24-year-old has played in 28 of Udinese's 29 Serie A games this term, catching the eye with his accomplished displays as a defensive midfielder.

A regular for the southern Italian side, Allan has in total made 109 appearances for Udinese since he signed in 2012.

Schooled in the youth ranks at Vasco da Gama, Allan represented Brazil at Under-20 level and won the FIFA U-20 World Cup in 2011.

A senior call has so far eluded the 24-year-old however.
