Celtic boss Ronny Deila believes his side's 4-1 drubbing of Ross County on Sunday was an important result given their midweek loss to Molde in the Europa League.
Deila's men were defeated 2-1 at Celtic Park by the Norwegian outfit and now face a mountain to climb if they are to still be involved in European competition in the new year.
The boss was keen to see his side bounce back against Ross County and got his wish with a comprehensive victory.
Tom Rogic gave Celtic the lead in the 38th minute. Leigh Griffiths struck a quickfire double in the 54th and 56th minutes to make it 3-0, before Ross County got a goal back in the 59th minute courtesy of Tony Dingwall.
But Celtic completed the rout when Nir Bitton celebrated his new contract with a goal in the 75th minute.

And Deila thinks the victory was hugely important for the Hoops.
He told BBC Radio Scotland: "Ross County had one header and that was a big one, but they did not have many chances in the first half.
"In the second half, they had some more, but we produced a lot as well and scored four beautiful goals.
"Three days after losing in Europe, that is a big one.
"We did our job, scored four goals, nice goals as well, and that is the important thing, so there are positives there", he added.
