Young Nigeria starlet Victor Osimhen says he will take his time when it comes to deciding upon his future, despite a visit to Arsenal being booked in.

He turns 17 on 29th December and finished as the top scorer at the Under-17 World Cup earlier this year, something which aroused interest from a number of big European clubs.

Osimhen has already had a trip to Bundesliga club Wolfsburg as he plots his next move, with Arsenal also on his list.

The starlet, who bagged ten goals in the World Cup, wants to gain a clear understanding of what would await him at each club, in advance of when he can sign a contract with a European side, something which can only take place once he turns 18 years old.

Osimhen told the BBC: "The trip to Wolfsburg was interesting and I'll be visiting Arsenal too, but I am not in a rush.

"I know I cannot sign a contract with any club right now, but the trip to Germany and hopefully to England gives me a great opportunity to see things clearly.

"It is important not to get carried away and luckily I have my family and managers to guide me through every step when the time comes", he added.

The 16-year-old has already represented Nigeria at Under-23 level, a sign his talent is beyond his years, while he has also been nominated for the 2015 Confederation of African Football Youth Player of the Year award.
