Rangers boss Mark Warburton is not fazed by the prospect of meeting Celtic in the semi-final of the Scottish Cup, insisting he is not looking to avoid the Bhoys in the draw.

The Gers booked their spot in the last four of the cup by thrashing Premiership outfit Dundee 4-0 at Ibrox yesterday.

Celtic are looking to secure their spot in the semi-final today when they lock horns with Morton and the result of their victory could be an Old Firm clash with Rangers.

Warburton is not worried by the prospect of facing Ronny Deila's Celtic and insists he has no preference over which side his team draw.

"We have no preferences for the draw. We are just pleased to be there and the focus for us now goes straight onto Friday night", he said on Rangers TV.

And Warburton is now spending his time focusing on Friday night's game against Morton, rather than an impending semi-final tie.

"We have another tough test at Ibrox hopefully in front of another packed crowd and our job is to deliver another good performance", he explained.

Regardless of whether Warburton's men do meet Celtic in the Scottish Cup this season, the return of Old Firm games now appears imminent, with the Gers sitting 12 points clear at the top of the Scottish Championship table.
