The Poland international has risen to become one of Leeds’ integral players under Bielsa, playing a key role in the middle of the park while also adding an edge to the Whites attacks with his resolute runs forward.

Klich has been one of the first names on the team-sheet for the Argentine in the Premier League this season, with the midfielder starting all eight top flight games for the Whites.

The 30-year-old revealed that Bielsa wears his heart on his sleeve when it comes to football and exhibits a deep sense of failure whenever his team underperform on the pitch while wins make the Argentine content.

Klich added Bielsa goes to the drawing board right after every game to break down the key areas his team need to improve and is on constant a quest to perfect his tactics with each passing game.

Asked how Bielsa reacts to his team’s results in the dressing room following a game, Klich told Polish outlet Sportowe Fakty: “He has an emotional approach to each game.

“After a defeat, he feels as if he has failed someone and he instils the same in the players.

“Victory is like a well-fulfilled duty, although he analyses everything and breaks it down into key areas.

“After playing so many matches under Marcelo Bielsa, I already know what I did wrong and I am trying to improve myself

“This benefits me and the team. “

Klich expressed his deep gratitude to Bielsa for helping him achieve his dream of playing in the English top flight by guiding Leeds back to the Premier League.

“Thanks to him, I’m in the Premier League.

“Without Bielsa, I wouldn’t have made my dream come true.

“That’s the truth.”

Klich is currently on away on international duty with his national team Poland played the full 90 minutes in his team’s 2-0 victory over the Ukraine, while Nations League games against Italy and the Netherlands still remain.
