Ramsey has been a bit-part player at Juventus this season and has not played for the Serie A giants in the league since September.
Juventus and his agents have been trying to find a new club for the Welshman and he has been heavily linked with a move back to the Premier League in January.
Newcastle are believed to be interested in the former Arsenal player and he is also tipped to be on Everton’s radar for a move this month.
Juventus are still waiting for offers to land on their table and are open to letting him go on loan in the winter window.
Allegri confirmed that the Welshman is again back in the squad after spending some time in England, working on his fitness.
But he indicated that Juventus are expecting to get rid of him by the end of the transfer window.
The Juventus boss said in a press conference: “Ramsey is back after he left for some work in a different manner in England.
“However, he is an outgoing player.”
Ramsey is reportedly not sold on a move to Newcastle due to their position in the league table and it remains to be seen whether he has a rethink.
