Felix has been linked with a move away from the Estadio Metropolitano after falling out of favour with Atletico Madrid coach Diego Simeone.

The Portugal international is unhappy with his situation and has been widely tipped to move on when the window opens again in a matter of days.

Atletico Madrid will listen to proposals for Felix, but they are clear he will only leave when their asking price is met.

Felix has been linked with a possible move to Premier League title challengers Arsenal, who are looking to strengthen in January.

However, Atletico Madrid’s demands are claimed to have put Arsenal off.

It remains to be seen if either the Gunners or the Spanish side have a rethink.

Several other Premier League sides are also admirers of Felix.

Simeone’s side bought Felix from Benfica for a fee in the region of €120m in 2019.

He has since featured in 129 games for the Spanish side scoring 33 goals and setting up 18 more for his team-mates.
