Neves has been regularly linked with a move away from Wolves over the last couple of years but he continues to remain at Molineux.
With 18 months left on his contract, there are suggestions that clubs could look to snare away from the Portuguese in the January window.
Barcelona retain an interest in him and there are clubs in the Premier League who also like the midfielder.
But it has been claimed that Wolves are in no mood to agree on a deal to sell Neves in the winter window.
The Premier League outfit are not interested in entertaining any offers for the player in the ongoing transfer period.
He will have a year left on his contract in the summer and he is likely to move on at the end of the season.
But for the moment, Wolves have no plans to sell the Portugal international in the January transfer window.
