The Whites have stabilised their season under Daniel Farke after making an initial shaky start to their Championship campaign following their drop from the top flight last term.
Farke’s team are sitting third in the table with 31 points and they have won six of their last seven league matches.
They will travel to the New York Stadium this Friday night to take on Championship strugglers Rotherham; they are 22nd in the league.
Meslier however, is not ready to take the match lightly and he is clear that Leeds need to fight on the night to take three points from the Millers.
The Leeds custodian stressed that it is never easy to take points from a team who are fighting to avoid relegation.
“No, to be honest no game is easy, especially when you play against a team who play for to avoid relegation”, Meslier told Leeds United’s media about the Rotherham game.
“It will be a tough game, tough place also to win.
“We just have to be ready to fight for the three points.”
Rotherham are currently without a permanent manager and former Leeds boss Steve Evans has been linked with the job at the New York Stadium.
