Tottenham Hotspur have scouted West Ham United target and Norwich City star Jonathan Rowe, according to football.london.

After securing a deal for defender Radu Dragusin, Tottenham have shifted their focus to strengthening other positions.

The 20-year-old Norwich winger is the centre of attention for several Premier League outfits in the ongoing window.

And it is suggested that Ange Postecoglou’s side are one of Rowe’s suitors in the Premier League.

West Ham, who are struggling with their injury-ridden forward department, are also tracking Norwich’s Rowe.

It has been claimed that Spurs’ scouts have watched Rowe in action for Norwich this season.

It is unclear if Tottenham are looking at Rowe for this month’s transfer window or more with an eye to the summer, but they could be forced to decide on a swoop soon if West Ham make a play in the coming weeks.

Norwich will likely be reluctant to lose Rowe this month as they still hold ambitions of making a dash into the playoff spots in the Championship.
