West Ham United target Emile Smith Rowe is not interested in leaving Arsenal in the ongoing winter transfer window, according to journalist Charles Watts.

The 23-year-old midfielder has struggled with injuries this season and is no longer a starter in Mikel Arteta’s team.

He has only made one Premier League start this term and there are suggestions that he could be moved on in the current transfer window.

Smith Rowe is rated highly at Arsenal but for the moment he is not a certainty in the team with Arteta preferring other options over him.

It has been claimed that West Ham are prepared to provide an exit route out of Arsenal to Smith Rowe this month.

David Moyes is an admirer of the midfielder and West Ham are interested in taking him to the London Stadium.

However, Smith Rowe is not interested in moving on from the Emirates Stadium this month despite a lack of regular minutes.

The midfielder wants to knuckle down and win back his place in the team rather than the find the exit door at Arsenal.
