Wolves have failed with an approach for Fulham striker target Armando Broja, according to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano.

Chelsea are open to offers for the striker before the transfer window closes on Thursday night.

West Ham were previously interested in signing the striker but are unlikely to try and sign him in the final days of the transfer window.

Wolves are pushing to take Broja to Molineux in the ongoing window and are keen to sign him on loan with a view to buying him later.

However, it has been claimed that Chelsea have knocked back Wolves’ approach to sign Broja ahead of the end of the window.

The Blues are not happy with the deal Wolves are offering and the conditions do not please the west London club.

Chelsea want somewhere around £50m before agreeing to sell Broja but none of his suitors are prepared to match that asking price.

Fulham are also interested in signing the striker but are only likely to offer a deal worth £35m at such a late stage of the window.
