Wolves could let Joe Hodge and Nathan Fraser leave before the transfer window shuts if they manage to sign Yuri Alberto, according to the Daily Telegraph.

Boss Gary O’Neil wants to boost his firepower and Wolves have zeroed in on Corinthians attacker Alberto.

Wolves are trying to sign the striker on a loan deal and if they are successful then it could have a knock-on effect on other members of Wolves’ squad.

The Premier League side, who are trying to make sure they stay within financial rules, could loan out Hodge and Fraser.

Midfielder Hodge and attacker Fraser could be allowed to leave Molineux on temporary arrangements.

Both players are likely to find takers in the EFL, as Wolves look to find them regular game time.

Wolves are meanwhile moving to add another midfielder to the ranks.

Noah Lemina is set to sign for Wolves on a loan deal which will include an option to buy set in the region of £1.7m.
