Brazilian midfielder Andre is currently having his medical before becoming a new signing for the Molineux outfit, according to journalist Ben Jacobs.

Gary O’Neil is keen on making additions to his side before the transfer window shuts down tonight.

They have lost star players like Max Kilman and Pedro Neto this summer, but have still been working with a limited budget.

Wolves are now concentrating on strengthening other positions in the team as they have brought in Sam Johnstone from Crystal Palace and are set to bring in another midfielder.

Fluminense star man Andre is set to join Wolves as they are putting him through his medical now.

The Premier League side have agreed on a £21m package for the Brazil international; he can play as a central midfielder or he can even do a job as a centre-back.

He has made close to 200 senior appearances for the Brazilian outfit and also won five senior caps for Brazil.

Andre will be looking to put some stability in Wolves’ engine room after O’Neil’s side lost both of their opening league matches.
