Celtic have revealed their team and substitutes for this afternoon’s meeting with city rivals Rangers in a league clash at Ibrox.
Rangers dethroned Celtic as Scottish champions last season, but the Bhoys’ early form under new boss Ange Postecoglou has created a feel-good factor at Celtic Park and led to optimism.
Celtic are continuing to work to bolster their squad and, as Inside Futbol revealed, they are set to hand a medical to Georgios Giakoumakis later today.
Celtic reached the Europa League group stage in midweek after coming through a test with AZ Alkmaar and will be keen to put Rangers to the sword today to cap off a good week.
Postecoglou has Joe Hart in goal, while Anthony Ralston and Josip Juranovic are full-backs. In central defence Stephen Welsh links up with Carl Starfelt.
Callum McGregor and David Turnbull are in midfield, with Liel Abada, Ryan Christie and Kyogo Furuhasi backing up Odsonne Edouard.
Postecoglou has options on the bench if needed, including Tom Rogic and Ismaila Soro.
