Aston Villa saw their initial offer of a €5m loan fee with an option to buy for €25m rejected by the Turkish giants.
Villa are pushing for the deal and decided to increase their previous offer for the 24-year-old.
Now Aston Villa have come to an agreement with Galatasaray regarding a deal for the Italian midfielder and he will join on an initial loan.
Zaniolo is set to fly to England on Wednesday and undergo a medical before signing the deal.
According to Italian broadcaster Sportitalia, the 24-year-old is expected to train with the Aston Villa squad after completing his deal on Wednesday.
The Italian joined Galatasaray in the winter transfer window and featured ten times for the Turkish giants while netting five goals.
