Spurs have surprised at the start of the season and are sitting pretty at the top of the Premier League table.

Postecoglou has brought in an exciting brand of football and has won over the players and the fans with his demeanour off the pitch as well.

Tottenham are being considered the dark horses to win the Premier League this season, but Postecoglou stressed that there are several areas of improvement that need to happen in his team.

He is pleased that his side’s defence won him the game against Fulham on Monday but the Spurs boss stressed that he still needs to see improvements in his attack.

The Australian insisted that some of his side’s attacking movies are still not coming naturally.

Asked where his side can improve, the Tottenham manager said in a press conference: “All of it. All of it. Still got to grow in every area.

“Particularly the defensive side has been excellent. I said on Monday night it won us the game.

“The main growth will still come in the attacking third.

“A lot of our moves are not natural or how we want them to be.”

Tottenham will make the short trip to south London to take on Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on Friday evening in the Premier League.
