The two sides flying high in the Championship at present are set to lock horns for the first time this season when the Whites visit the King Power Stadium tonight.

Enzo Maresca’s side have been in good goalscoring form, averaging more than two goals per game, and Matteo believes that they will certainly be a threat going forward.

That is why, according to the 49-year-old, the Leeds manager will not look to approach the game in an attacking manner and will focus on the counter attack.

“I think Daniel Farke will set up, not cautiously, but I think he will play on the counter-attack as we do away from home”, Matteo told LUTV.

“I think defensively we will have to be very solid, make sure we don’t give them anything early on. I think that is the way he will go. He will set up, nice and compact.”

The role of Piroe will be important, Matteo feels, and he is looking for the attacker to get himself into the box and be a goal threat.

“I think Piroe will be really important as well.

“We need him to get hold of it and maybe him as well, get in a little bit forward, get into that box and get a goal.

“Both teams will go into the game with huge confidence, so I am expecting an absolutely brilliant game.”

With Leicester having a commanding 14 point advantage over Leeds in the Championship table, Farke will be keen to make sure his men avoid defeat tonight.
