Celtic legend Chris Sutton has told Rangers midfielder Todd Cantwell to watch videos of Bhoys star Callum McGregor to improve his game.

McGregor put in a superb performance for Celtic on Saturday as the Bhoys beat Rangers 2-1 in the Scottish Premiership.

Cantwell was named in the starting eleven by Rangers boss Philippe Clement, but struggled to make a big impact on the game.

The former Norwich City star was then brought off in the 69th minute as Rangers looked to rescue the match.

Cantwell is often sure of his own ability and not shy to voice his feelings, and former Celtic striker Sutton has taken aim at him in the aftermath of the game.

Sutton told Cantwell to make sure he watches videos of Celtic skipper McGregor in action.

“If I was Todd Cantwell I’d watch Callum McGregor DVD’s…”, Sutton wrote on X.

The result means Celtic have again taken control of the Scottish Premiership title race and they will hope to maintain their advantage over Rangers.

The two teams are set to collide in the Scottish Premiership again in April, at Ibrox.
