Hearts are favourites to sign Wolves starlet Dexter Lembikisa amidst interest from Norwich City and West Bromwich Albion, according to the Edinburgh News.
The 20-year-old right-back joined Rotherham United on a season-long loan from Wolves in the summer.
Lembikisa managed to establish himself as a regular in the starting line-up for the Millers, making 27 appearances in all competitions.
Wolves have decided to recall Lembikisa from his loan amid interest from Championship outfits Norwich and West Brom.
The right-back also garnered attention from north of the border in the form of Scottish Premiership outfit Hearts, who are determined to strengthen their squad in the winter.
Hearts have made a move for Lembikisa and it has been claimed that they are favourites to land the Wolves defender after holding talks.
The Jambos need a replacement right-back for Odel Offiah, who returned to his parent club Brighton due to medical issues.
Now it remains to be seen whether Norwich and West Brom will attempt to hijack Hearts’ swoop for Lembikisa.
