Djurgarden sporting director Bosse Andersson sees loaning players from Tottenham Hotspur as being something very much on the table.

The Swedish side recently did business with Spurs when they sold Lucas Bergvall to the Premier League outfit; he will arrive at Tottenham in the summer.

Djurgarden as keen to co-operate closely with Spurs and sporting director Andersson along with CEO Henrik Berggren were both in Daniel Levy’s private suite for Tottenham’s weekend game with Crystal Palace.

It has been suggested that Djurgarden could take Spurs players to Sweden on loan and Andersson thinks that is very much on the table, not least as Tottenham are able to do it.

If it makes sense, Andersson will not rule it out and he told Swedish daily Aftonbladet: “We have a good grasp of their logistics and the players they have contracts with.

“They have six players on loan to other clubs in Poland, Turkey, Spain, Holland and Scotland, I think.

“They have a loophole so they can loan abroad. We have a pretty good idea of which players could be relevant.

“But the future will show that. We have four weeks left in the transfer window.”

The transfer window is Sweden is set to slam shut at the end of March, as the new league campaign in the country gets going.

Spurs have loaned a player to a club in Sweden recently, with goalkeeper Alfie Whiteman having two stints at Degerfors.
